Returns FAQ

  • Unused and unopened products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase through our Returns Center. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. Sanctum reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions. A return ID is required prior to shipping your items; if shipped without a return ID affixed to the outside of the box we cannot guarantee that we receive your items and thus will not be able to process your return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. There is a $5 restocking fee for returns unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error.

  • Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. After we receive and inspect your return (up to 15 days), you'll be notified of your refund status within 48 hours. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Items showing signs of use. Products purchased through special sales, clearance, or promotional events. Free gifts or promotional items with retail value. Shipping and handling costs.

  • Sanctum guarantees that all products are free from manufacturers' defects in material and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover loss or theft, damages caused by misuse, abuse, alterations, accidents or neglect, improper sharpening or maintenance, broken blades due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or use outside the product's intended purpose.

  • Contact our team at info@sanctumbrand.com with details of your claim. Provide proof of purchase and photographs of the issue. Follow any further instructions provided by our team. If your product has a factory defect, we will guide you through the next steps.
