Shipping
Do you ship to me? And how long does it take?

We ship globally and do our best to provide a balance between fast and reliable shipping options.

USA Orders: ship from within the US, no additional duties apply, 4-5 business days.
Canada Orders: ship from within Canada, 4-5 business days.
International Orders: ship from Canada. 6-11 business days.

Where is my tracking information?

Tracking information is automated via our shipping partners, tracking will automatically update on your order page once the carrier has picked up your order. Please allow 48 hours for tracking numbers to populate, you will receive an email once your package is on the way.

What's your refund or exchange policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sanctum. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@sanctumbrand.com. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Will there be extra charges when the package arrives?

We are committed to providing you with simple and reliable shipping options. No additional charges will be added to US orders, tariffs are pre-paid and orders ship from within the US.

For international orders, shipping rates will vary depending on the destination and weight. Please also be aware that for international orders additional taxes and customs fees may apply upon delivery. We are not responsible for covering any of these charges (if they apply).
