Sanctum Limited Lifetime Warranty

Sanctum guarantees that all of our products are free from manufacturers' defects in material and workmanship. We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

What is Covered:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.
     

What is Not Covered:

  • Loss or theft.

  • Damages caused by misuse, abuse, alterations, accidents, or neglect.

  • Improper sharpening or maintenance.

  • Broken blades due to misuse or overuse.

  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or surface discoloration.

  • Use of the product outside its intended purpose.
     

Important Notes:

  • All tools, including knives, require proper care and maintenance to function optimally. Failure to maintain your product properly may void the warranty.

  • Knives and other tools subjected to hard use over time may naturally reach the end of their service life. When this occurs, they should be retired and replaced.
     

Our Promise to You: If you believe your Sanctum product has stopped performing as expected before its reasonable lifetime (and not due to misuse or neglect), please contact us. We are committed to making it right, whether through repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution.
 

How to File a Warranty Claim:

  1. Contact our customer service team at customersupport@sanctumbrand.com with details of your claim.

  2. Provide proof of purchase and photographs of the issue, if applicable.

  3. Follow any further instructions provided by our team to process your claim.

  4. If your product has a factory defect, we will guide you through the next steps and provide support.
     

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

  • Unused and unopened products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase through our Returns Center on our website. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. Sanctum reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • There is a $5 restocking fee for returns unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error.
     

What Items Are Non-Refundable:

  • Items showing signs of use.

  • Products purchased through special sales, clearance, or promotional events.

  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

  • Shipping and handling costs.
     

How Easy is it to Return Items?

  • Once your return is authorized, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

  • After we receive and inspect your return (which can take up to 15 days), you’ll be notified of your refund status within 48 hours.
